I am Simone Ferreira Domingues — a counsellor with over 20 years of clinical experience across Brazil and Australia.

My work is relational and person-centred, shaped by Gestalt therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practice. I don't apply a fixed model to every person. I work with what each individual brings into the room — or the screen.

The people I tend to work with are adults who, on the outside, appear to be managing well. Inside, there is often something else: a tiredness that doesn't

go away, patterns that keep repeating, a quiet sense that something important has been set aside for too long.

I am Brazilian. I live in Queensland, Australia. I offer sessions in both English and Portuguese — and I understand, from my own experience, what it means to carry the weight of distance from home.
