My approach draws on Gestalt therapy, relational counselling, and trauma-informed practice — grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with awareness, not quick fixes.
What this means in practice
Together, we pay attention to what is happening for you right now: your emotions, your body's responses, your relationship patterns, and the ways past experiences may still be shaping your present. Rather than rushing toward strategies, sessions create space for awareness, meaning, and genuine choice to emerge — at your pace.
